Our community is VERY fortunate to have such a nice grocery store!Sure some prices are a bit higher, but what isn't latley?It's local and saves me from having to drive to the city where I would definitely spend more and do more unnecessary shopping. Also,they're great about ordering products they don't have if you ask.Watch the sales ads weekly for good bargains.Big G donates to the community on a regular basis.?

I am disappointed by the number of five-star reviews for this grocery store. Despite being a loyal customer for the past two years, I have repeatedly encountered expired food items from this store. I stopped buying meat last fall after receiving slimy meat for the third time, and the recent incident with expired eggs was the final straw. It's unacceptable to be sold eggs that expired two weeks ago. When I contacted the store to request a replacement, they insisted on seeing a receipt. Given that I have been a regular shopper for two years, I find it ridiculous that they would ask for a receipt for something as basic as eggs. In my opinion, this store needs a health inspector to address these issues. I'm disgusted by the poor quality of their food.

If you live in Williamsburg dont get your food delivered to you because It has been 2 1/2 hours that it has been riding around and I’m gonna have to throw away all my meat so dont get you food from there. Delivered anyway. Then when you call and ask them about it all they do is yell at you. So I take that as a lot of people have called and complained about it. If they can’t even answer one question without getting mad.Never again! Now I hope that they got rid of my card information I’m gonna have to watch my accounts.

Everyone is so friendly at check out. For the most part they always have what I come in for. Or at least something close to what I come in look for. I really like the fresh sub rolls in the bakery section.

Playing the lottery for the first time and I tried their machine first but kept timing out too quickly so I go to the counter to play and I'm asking the older lady questions to make sure I'm playing it right. I play my first number and as I start to give her my second number she throws up her hands and goes to help a different guest and starts just have a conversation with him after he even played his lottery right in front of me. Meanwhile I'm just standing there still trying to play my numbers but I just walked out before I said something that wouldn't have been nice. It was very rude what she did

Woman at fresh meat counter had her mask below her nose, of all the places not to be mask that would be the worst. And it never ceases to amaze me, those that have the mask over their mouth but not their nose.
