Awful customer service! Place needs TLC bad! Coolers bare! Bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks! Will be waiting till the next town to stop next time!

As you walk up to the front of the store there's stains in front of the trash cans from the liquid out of the garbage and as you go in the front door on the west side, there's spider webs all in the corner with leave in the web. The foyer in the front of the store needs to be sweated. It's always dirty. There was a woman in the kitchen screaming at people this morning. She has really short brown hair. She's always loud when I go inside. She works in the kitchen.

I went to order a pizza from cherokees Casey’s because I needed to try the popper pizza, Cherokee was out of jalapeños and shredded cheddar. (Cherokee Casey’s is out of ingredients enough to where I won’t consider ordering again) but somehow the order with the missing ingredients transferred over to the Marcus order without those two ingredients and they completed the order as requested. When I got home and opened it up I was upset but it ended up being my fault and they followed the order correctly (even tho it was a mistake) I cannot fault them, good job following the messed up order I know my Casey’s wouldn’t have done that! Needless to say next time I order Casey’s I will be ordering from Marcus and driving 20 minutes due to their diligence and ability to order ingredients as they should.

All I can say is I will not be going to this Casey’s again, as a mangie Pomeranian was allowed to run around freely up and down the aisles and into the KITCHEN and no one batted an eye! How unsanitary!

They never have their coolers stocked and it’s very frustrating. It’s not like they’re out either you can see the drinks In the back just sitting there. Please start stocking coolers and less time sitting on your phone especially when you’re helping a customer. Thank you.

Place is filthy swear the manager hires anyone with a pulse instead of standing around how bout do some cleaning sure wish kwik star would of taken over or anyone besides caseys.

I normally don't give gas stations reviews, but I thought on behalf of my family and I just thought this was worth mentioning, my family was hungry and I was on assignment, more or less, I was 30+ miles away from them and after doing little research, I found a local Caseys in my family's town and after calling them they informed me I was intitled a free pizza, so on behalf of myself and family, thanks for the reminder of the food and the time to deliver the food.
