Was passing through on a long trip pulling a trailer when I noticed that my tailpipe had fallen off and the resulting exhaust heat under my Yukon was melting my taillight and other components. Even though they were busy, they worked me in and made a solid repair and had me on my way in less than an hour, for a very fair price. These guys are honest, they know what they are doing, and they were very accommodating even though they were clearly very busy. Very decent people there at Waugh Auto Repair. Much gratitude!

He is an extremely busy guy but he took care of my vehicle right away! I couldn’t get it to start and he came and towed it to his garage and checked it out. I needed a new starter and he got it taken care of right away and had me back on the road within hours. It was reasonably priced, and I was very happy with his service. Just had to add, took my wife’s car there for a muffler and an alignment and now it is purring like a kitten! They did an excellent job and it was at a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere! Thank you! Waugh Auto you are awesome!

They replaced an exhaust flex pipe quickly and for under $100. They painted the welds and even gave me the old part to look at. Good experience, would go back.
