Appears that it is pretty new and it is very clean. I talked to Troy at Touchdown Storage and he was very friendly and helpful for what I was looking for. I recommend this storage facility!

I really like this place. It's been a good experience for me and my 1st time renting a storage unit. It is very reasonable for the price of the unit and the security. It is kept very clean and is climate controlled. The owners have been very nice and have helped me when I didn't bring my keys from California. I'm very pleased with the people and the cleanliness.
