If I could give this place zero stars I would, first off I’ll say the staff there are awesome this has nothing to do with them. Sunshine is literally one of the worst ran daycares I’ve ever been apart of. Cycle through employees every other week and our children literally were sent home as much as they were in daycare sometimes over the dumbest stuff like loose stool. Sunshine for the first month we had them had a great autopay discount and some makeup days and the greedy “sunshine board” took all of it away from us parents. The absolute last straw is the fact our children attend M-W and on Friday a child tested positive for hand and mouth disease and sunshine didn’t send any notice to anyone or any family other than a note on the door. We call sunshine in frustration when both kids get sent home because they assume the kids have it too “they didn’t” and then refuse any makeup days even though they are responsible for informing parents of this stuff. Was told by director we pay that money to hold our spot in the daycare and we just have to deal with it. We immediately pulled the kids out of care. If you want your children to be sent home for every reason under the sun and to loos out on your hard earned money sunshine is the daycare for you. The sunshine board needs to take responsibility for such a poorly run daycare and I promise you this no one will be fighting for spots in your daycare. It’s only a matter of time before your doors close for good if you continue to steal from hard working families.
