I made an appointment to have my hair colored, when it came to getting my hair done I did not receive what I wanted and was very unpleased. Was told to make a second appointment to have it darkened and I over paid for what I received.

Fantastic salon! I went here for the first time and everyone was extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. I don't think I was too clear with what I wanted so when I left I wasn't 100% satisfied with my hair however I contacted them the next day and expressed my concern and they were all so nice about it a got me in that same day and gave me exactly what I wanted and I'm soo thrilled with my hair now. They were actually grateful to have the opportunity to fix my hair, they really do strive to make sure every costumer loves their hair. I'll definitely be going back to them!
