We bought a used truck today at Brad Deery in Maquoketa. The truck was very reasonable and we got a fair price for our trade-in.
Everyone we worked was friendly and helpful.
Our salesperson, Blayze, was so knowledgeable. He went through several trucks with us and found us the one that worked best for our needs. I believe he went above and beyond as he researched the truck’s towing capability to ensure that it would work for our towing needs. We believe that Blayze really wanted to make sure that we had the right truck for us. This personal attention was impressive.
We will definitely go to Brad Deery Motorsnext time we are looking for a vehicle and will recommend them, and especially Blayze, to others.

Would not recommend purchasing or servicing a vehicle with this company. You will be lied to if you do.
We went to look at a Dodge Durango in June 2024. We liked the vehicle that we looked at but asked to look at a few other vehicles and instead we ended up getting pushed to purchase the vehicle that we looked at after waiting while the sales person checked to see if anything else met our criteria. We advised 5 times where we wanted our loan to be set up through: however, the loan was still set up with a different company and caused a lot of issues. We traveled from out of town and did not bring the spare key or title to our trade in vehicle. We were told multiple times that they could have someone stop at our house to pick up the trade in vehicle items in the coming week but after purchasing the vehicle they would only call us to remind us to send the keys and title and would not pick it up anymore. The day following our purchase we started receiving an uconnect box error and took it in for service. They were unable to fix it that day and were going to require several additional hours to diagnose the issue. They said they would call to schedule a second appointment when a loaner vehicle became available. However, they never called. After leaving multiple messages, we were told that a loaner vehicle could not be given to us since our issue was not transmission related. Even though we were told upon purchasing the vehicle and extended warranty that they could provide a loaner when needed or they could come to Dubuque to pick up our vehicle when it needed work done on it. It is not an easy option for us to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time due to current medical conditions or to be stranded out of town with no options to get home while our vehicle is being worked on. None of the things they said they would do were actually followed through on. It seems like we were just lied to over and over again in order for them to make a sale. I would never recommend this dealership or trust anything they say. Going forward I would rather pay a $100 deductible at another dealership to have my car serviced for any repairs in order to be treated better as a customer.

Bought a Dodge Durango at the beginning of June. The day after we bought it there has been a Uconnect box error. Took 3 weeks just to have it looked at. Was supposed to be contacted about a loaner for them to look at it again but that was 7 weeks ago. I have called 3 times to have someone say they will look into and call back but have yet to get a call back.

Jennifer was very honest and responsive. She listened to what my needs were and only sent information on vehicles that met those needs. Cody in Finance was very personable and informative and helped me be able to get financing and understand what would be best for my situation. He was also very honest and forthcoming about the best options for trade-in. Overall - very pleasant and easy experience.

Great group of people that treat you well. My salesperson (Jeffrey) drove all the way to Savanna, Il. to pick me up, and bring me to the dealership for the truck that I was buying from them. Thank you to all of you at Brad Deery Motors!

Don’t know how this place is even open. Their lowballing-lying techniques are borderline criminal. Don’t waste your time here.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Multiple issues with missing paperwork and paying off the truck I traded in. Issues with getting warranty work done on my truck. Kept my 78 year old mother waiting for 6 hours for a 10 a.m. appointment in the service department with no resolution to the issue. The 3 month warranty runs out tomorrow and finally after 2 months of not getting a call back about the issue my husband received a call stating they still haven't heard anything about the radio. Not really sure what the hold up on their part was about the radio is because we called RAM Customer Service and were told it was covered but no claim had been submitted. After not getting any updates for over a month and calling on sometimes a daily basis we took the truck to a local dealership and from taking the truck in to be diagnosed to getting the radio ordered and installed FREE of charge was 4 days. So they either have no clue on how to file a claim or wanted the 1000 to replace the radio. I'll let you make your own decision there but I'm betting based on the phone call today they wanted the money!! Very very poor customer service ! Will never buy another vehicle from any dealership that has Deery in the name!
It's amazing your going to learn from your mistakes but still do not reach out to either myself or my husband and even offer an apology. But I guess I should be happy that you didn't try and deny that what happened was not the truth!

we bought a 2020 Cadillac CT5 July 13th!
it was the day of our 5 year wedding anniversary.
After the test drive both my husband and I told Connor that the drivers seat would not recline. Connor took it to service while we were at the dealership (before we made final decision) and told us that the service department was aware of the issue and the parts were ordered. it would be fixed asap.
I expected a call on Monday ...... didn't happen! I called on Wednesday talked to Connor. he says , "nobody has gotten ahold of you yet?" by Thursday still nothing...husband called several times. Service department said the key fob was in. They knew nothing about the seat not operating. That was July 18th.
Car got picked up on Friday July 19th.
We left for vacation on July 20th and we were under the impression it would be fixed and delivered back to us within a week. during weeks vacation we heard nothing!
Connor lied to us to make a sale!
Poor poor customer service and communication!!
We also talked to the owner Brad Deery yesterday and he told us his computer showed the parts were in As of July 22nd.
Now it is Tuesday July 30th ..today we got yet another update that the part is being overnighted. But that could mean another 2-3 days.
We would never have bought this car or traded my 2018 fully paid for car if we knew this is how it would go!
It's not over yet!!
This is our true story! So very
