Only place around that had a obscure trailer tire I needed in a pinch, and when I arrived, came out grabbed tire and rim from me before I could even enter, and had that sucker swapped with the new one in four mins flat, and back in my truck bed before I could even pay and sign the receipt. exceeded any and all expectations i had, was a great place and Turned around a lame situation in a stress free way. Will definitely be first or close second if anyone I know needs a tire.

Parents had there van in for tires they then get told they had a cracked rim. Thing is my parents didn't hit nothing so my question is how did the rim get damaged. Then they had rear shocks replaced and had a rattling noise. Claimed it would take 45 minutes to change the rear shocks. Parents come to visit and ask me to drive the van to find out why it's making so much noise driving down the road. Here the rear shocks they had changed in the 45 minutes the bolts weren't tightened. I tightened them and now the van is quiet as can be. I would think that would be a safety concern letting people take their vehicle when bolts are not tightened!

We were stranded on the side of the road with a flat, close to closing time and they sent the most amazing tire tech out to help us - for free! - because he was getting ready to head home anyway. He even stayed to help change it (we just needed the right tools). AND - he didn’t bring what we needed the first time (miscommunication on our part) but he still went back & found what we needed. This was amazing service & a great example of going above & beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this business again! ❤️

I had a tire go bad on me, gave a call ? they come on in, when I got there they immediately got on it and replaced the tire, I no problem with them charging 10 dollars extra for pulling a worker off another job, thank you for your time and effort to get my truck back to work.

Had a flat tire on highway 65 in Manly. Had 2 employees of tire experts stop and assist in changing my tire. Thankful they did because my faculty lug nut wrench didn't fit the lug nuts on the car. They had a 4 way wrench that allowed me to get my spare on and back home. They refused any payment when offered. Thanks again for the help!

Best tire shop in North Iowa! I've been doing business with Steve for many years. They have the best prices and service is fast. I took my RV motor home to 2 other shops to get my steer tires balanced and they made it worse. Tire experts got it done right!

We experienced a flat as we were headed north across the country on I-35 in Iowa. Our car was fully loaded. Ironically, Tire Experts was just down the road. They came and took us back to their shop, replaced our tire and had us back on the road In an hour and one-half. It’s a great family owned business with exceptional service at a very fair price. Thanks Tire Experts.
