I love the staff here! Cheryl is a sweetie. I always have a great experience when I go in to mail packages. They never make me feel d*** for asking questions.Compared to a year ago, it’s complete 180! Love love love.

The older lady was very rude when I go anytime. She has something against working and customer service. She makes me not want to go in. If I acted the way she does I wouldnt have a job. If you hate your job find a new one? Getting the mail should be exciting not a bad thing. Also when customer ask for help dont walk away when they're talking to you.

The person working on April 14, 2018 was EXTREMELY RUDE. She was mad because she had to scan in some packages that were prelabeled. Didn't say thank you or anything at all just scowled. I am reporting her.
