So annoying. Checked this store's hours for today online. Says, Open until 3 pm. We arrive at 1:05. Sign on door: "Closed today at 1:00". This is the second time this has happened. We won't be back.

I used to love this place and so did my aunt. We both quit going when on separate occasions employees yelled at our children. My toddler was yelled at for bumping a light switch (next to a dressing room and an area where clothes are displayed and it was level with him) with his head, which I turned back on immediately. The light was in the back of the store and we were the only customers in there at the time. And yes when I say yelled, I'm not exaggerating. They also have a snobby vibe if your not dressed to their standards.

Was treated poorly the first time I went in but they have decent prices on purses so I went back a few times. Today I was treated to the snotty attitude again. Its always the owner. Everyone else in there is fine. I won't be back. I can spend $150 on purses anywhere it was just convenient.
