She really cares about the people she touches. She sold us a house and has called to check up on us once and awhile. She didnt just sell us a house she made sure it was the one for us. We appreciate everything she has done. I highly recommend her give her a try and you'll never go anywhere else.

My husband and I were first time home buyers.Going in blindly, we were extremely lucky AND THANKFUL, to run into her. She answered all our questions, went above and beyond her hours of duty to ensure that we were kept in the loop of things. She introduced us to people to speed the process along and save us money. She was 100% honest with everything . She really made us feel comfortable buying our first and hopefully, forever home. WHICH WE LOVE. After all said and done. We 100% recommend. If we ever decide to sell and move (not likely) we would go back to her in a heart beat. She was a professional business partner, and became our friend in the end.

Teresa is by far the best realtor around! I've worked with several other people in the past and Teresa by far exceeded our expectations. I'm not sure how she manages to keep everything straight between her family and her family of clients! Teresa is always quick to respond and always makes you feel like you're her only client, no matter how many other people's situations she's juggling as well. After working with Teresa on our recent home purchase I can honestly say that I would never work with anyone else! By far the best experience and I truly enjoyed getting to know her. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She's the best!!!

Teresa Turnis is undeniably the best around in her field. I have known her since she was a little girl. So personable & honest & extremely loyal. She is the hardest worker ever while balancing a family of 6 kids & a husband. She was given a very difficult task of selling my condo that was on a hard to see corner in downtown Manchester. Very few showings requested and at one Open House, noone even came!!! She always remained positive & upbeat & helped me so much!! Eventually she suggested we start looking at places in Oelwein where I was going to move, and empty out my condo and repaint, etc. It worked!! The day she called that I had gotten the Oelwein house, I stood in Kohl's bawling. In a few months, we did eventually get the condo sold & I will remain forever grateful to Teresa. I've yet to ever hear anything negative about her....she goes way beyond the call of duty. Love that gal!!♥️♥️♥️

Before we were even in the market for a realtor I overheard people discussing the best realtor in Manchester. They were all in agreement that Teresa Turnis worked harder than anyone else. Teresa worked diligently to sell our home. She gave us the confidence to hang in there until we got an offer we were happy with. She not only stayed in contact with us throughout the process, she went above and beyond to assist the buyers as well. Teresa gave 150%. She's the best.

My husband and I met Teresa Turnis when we moved to Manchester from out of state. I have honestly never come across an agent, or woman for that matter, who cared more for her clients as Teresa does. It blew my mind at the lengths she would go to help us find a home. She has been a part of this town for a long time has an incredible amount of resources for any need you might have. If you have a need for anything, Teresa has the best source to help you out. She cares so deeply and is so sincere about helping her customers. You feel it. She becomes like family after working with her.She always aims to do the right thing in difficult situations. She has very strong business ethics. It’s refreshing.
