Staff was generally helpful, friendly, and energetic. The location was perfect for my needs the last couple days. The prices are beyond steep. I would say x2 to x4 higher then other hardware chains. The pricing is the reason I went to 3 star.

Didn't know they had all the rental they do. However most rental places I use their weekly rates were the total of 3 days rental. Here it's 4 days rental equals the weekly rate. So if you only need it a day or two I'd rent there again. If I need something by the week I'd prob look elsewhere for a better rate.
