My daughter in law who is pregnant bought a 2015 jeep renegade from them had it a few days and the vehicle started shaking really bad come to find out the solenoid is out it's now sitting in lacrosse!! She called Js auto they said it was a used vehicle they won't fix it. Well I was smart made a few phone calls I'm sure it won't take long. Either they fix it or they are going to pay the bill to get it fixed. People remember used or not iowa has a lemon law that's why I specified she was pregnant ?
I did reach out and did get info and found out a few things plus car fax clearly shows that there is 30000 miles unaccounted for on that vehicle ? ? so no worries worse case you don't want to take responsibility for it we hire an attorney

I dont ever leave reviews but after what I have been going through after purchasing a vehicle from J's just this last Friday, I dont want anyone else to go through this stress. I purchased a 2015 Jeep Renegade just this last Friday with only 80,700 miles on it. Barely drove it anywhere over the weekend as I was busy at home and didnt need to go anywhere, drove it to work on Monday just fine, and then after driving it on Tuesday to my doctors appt. in lacrosse as I am pregnant, had it start shaking uncontrollably on me and check engine light came on. I called Js to see what I should do and they told me to first take it to an O'Reillys and have it plugged into their computer. I did that and 2 different codes popped up. I called them back and was told, they will work with me and make this right and apologized many times. They then told me to go ahead and take it to an auto shop in LaCrosse to get it diagnosed and to stay in touch with them to figure out if they want it towed back to be fixed by them or if they will just have a LaCrosse shop fix it. I took it to Cordells auto in Holmen where they were absolutely awesome, getting my vehicle in right away to be diagnosed and also making many phone calls for me to find my best options and what not. After many hours of sitting there, trying to find a rental car so i could at least get home, getting a ride to the airport for a rental only to find out they didnt accept my CHIME bank card, being stranded at the airport and having to get an Uber to the mall in Onalaska, to wait for my Fiance to pick me up from over 2 hours away where he was working, I finally made it home by 8:30 at night. After this hell of a stressful day, being on my feet, 4 months pregnant, the next day I call J's to find out what they decided they want done as far as leaving it up there at an autoshop to get fixed or if they were having it towed back. Talked to Chris a manager who said, Nick who had told me he wanted to make it right and help us out, had went home for the day and Chris supposedly didnt have any idea what I was talking about. Today, I called back right as they opened at 8am, to find out from Nick that they have decided not to stand by what they originally told me and that it is completely on me to get it fixed. Told me, it wasnt something they had worked on prior to me buying it therefore it was just an unfortunate circumstance, and they would not be doing anything to help me out and make it right. Guess I wont be returning like I had told everyone to buy my son a vehicle nor will I suggest going here to any of my friends or family and hopefully this review will be seen by many to deter them from doing the same.

I bought a used Ford F150 pickup. I was told that they inspected all their vehicles. Right before my vacation, I decided to have it inspected by my mechanic. It was not safe to drive and needed multiple (expensive) repairs. The dealer then told me they don't inspect all the vehicles and would not even apologize or stand behind the sale. Buyer beware at J's Auto!!! Also, don't buy the extended warranty they offer. My truck has been sitting at my mechanics for a month while they try to get the insurance company to pay for all the repairs. One big headache!!!!

Fiancé and I purchased a used vehicle that had work done to the roof that they supposedly didn’t know about even though water leaks through into the car when going through a car wash and the piece on the roof is loose. They have been trying to find us a new vehicle and have offered to pay back what we paid for the car if they cannot find us one. We appreciate all they are doing to help make it right!

They used to be a reputable dealership before being sold, now they're just dishonest people hiding behind the name of an established business. My husband and I bought a minivan just over a month ago from them mostly because they state they inspect all vehicles, well they don't. They lied to us about why the tire pressure light was on saying it was just a bad sensor when it was actually a leak in the tires because they were bad. Imagine my surprise when the mechanic we use called today after installing tires to tell me the front break assemblies need replaced, both front and rear suspension needs replaced, and there's a leak in the transmission hoses. All in all we have to put over $3,000 into a vehicle we paid $10,000 for and all they've had to say to us is "you bought it as is". So huge shout-out to Patrick Plumley for selling us a vehicle we specifically said was for driving our children around in that is unsafe. Seriously, don't do business here.

Advertising all credits welcome and can guarantee approvals, but that’s really not the case. Don’t waste your time, they’ll have you waiting three days just to come back and say no on a 8k loan.

Bought a vehicle from the recently. Their hold "music " says they inspect every vehicle before selling them. Less than a month after buying the vehicle the tires are bad, breaks and rotors are shot, and the back passenger door won't work. I will never do business with them again and don't recommend anyone use them for sales or service. They're just conmen.

Do not bring your German cars here, was told they could look at my Mercedes and that they would do the work, took 2 months got the insurance all figured out and parts ready just to go just to be told they don’t want to buy the tool necessary to do the job, wasted 2 month of my time and then made the car worse then Is was before and told me it was drivable and ripped a belt to shreds on the way home, class a time wasters right here
