Got door motor actuator replaced on front passenger side hvac, now have cold air back along with hot air! Work was done under warranty so no new charges!

I can't say enough about the care an quality of work I receive when I take my vehicles in for service or repair. They stand by their repairs and if somerhing goes wrong after said repairs they make it right In today's world that is hard to find such a business but Georgen Auto is one of them. I worked with John to have Georgen Auto assess a vehicle from a local car dealership that my daughter was interested in purchasing. They inspected the vehicle and relayed the results to me over the phone and in a report texted to me. I feel that they did a thorough job with the car. I was treated kindly and professionally by John. Though I would have preferred to use our own mechanic in Dubuque (it just wasn't possible because of the distance), I believe I received a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle. As a result, she is purchasing the vehicle! I would not hesitate to use Georgen Auto again and would feel comfortable recommending them. Thank you, John and Georgen Auto.

This place is great. They have loaner cars and every time they look at my vehicle they send me a report with pictures to show me what they are looking at.
