Friday afternoon on our way to Pikes Peak Iowa I noticed a screw in the sidewall of our travel trailer. I did a search for tire stores and found Boubin. I spoke with AJ and asked if he would have time to take a look at the tire and he told me to come on by. When I got there Nick looked at the tire and said it was beyond repair. They had trailer tires in stock and Nick quickly replaced the tire. From the phone call to the tire repair I don't think it took more than an hour... Was VERY fast and friendly too. I really appreciate you guys getting us back on the road so quick... I might add that they were very busy and were still able to give us amazing service! Thanks!Service: Tires

I was passing through town and my vehicle was making a strange sound. Was unsure about continuing on my travels. I called and Amy was welcoming and friendly. My wife went in for an alignment after being quoted $116. Got the bill and it was $164. She was told due to them inspecting it. No one told her about this cost. She paid it but mark my words. To me they will never service me or my family again and as far as I'm concerned that's crooked.

Amazing! Wait was short and the poor service tech dismounted in a hail storm! Before we knew it he always back and it was mounted and we were back on the road! Thank you all so much!!

The quote for the tires I bought stated that the alignment was included so I chose Boubin over a competitor only to find out that it was only an alignment “check” so I got a call saying it would be over $300 more! When picking up the car, I stayed that was false advertising but they refuted it. They also took the tire quotes that were in the car so I couldn’t see it again.
