Found a vehicle we liked online. Drove from Marion and took it for a test drive. Right from the start we were greeted by Kyle Topping. What a great guy! Very friendly and answered any questions we had with honesty. No pressure at all as sometimes salesman can be pushy. Not in this case! My wife and I had a wonderful experience. We ended up buying the vehicle we looked at and couldn’t be happier! Everyone was so nice and helpful! Was a quick and easy process! Definitely someone I would buy from again.

Great customer service! I do not live in the area any more, my truck had an issue, brought it to Stephen Motors for repair. Kinch was on top of getting it through the service department and back on the road as quick as possible! I could not have asked for a better experience!

Always had great experiences with Bob Stephens.Started many years ago when my son's training wheel on his little bike came loose on the trail behind Bob Stephens, an awesome mechanic helped us out by tighning it up Fixed our Trailblazer for us with zero issues.Purchased a truck last August (2022), fantastic service, very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Chances are we paid over the odds, but that was the same everywhere, and we needed a vehicle quickly due to ours being totalled by a tree ?♀️ and it's a gorgeous truck and worth every penny. Zero saleman pitch, just informative and gave us plenty of space while we were browsing.Had one issue with it, a noise from the wheels, they checked it out for us, couldn't find anything wrong, the noise eventually stopped (I think it was a little bit of gravel stuck) they didn't charge us anything, and gave us a loaner, we've had zero issues, he did let us know then that the back breaks were going out but would last until next oil change.We now have them do our oil changes and they are always great, timely and affordable.Definitely 5 stars from us.Adam & Sam R

I was shopping for a 22 Equinox. This dealership had the exact color and options that I wanted. I told them we currently own a 21 Equinox and wanted another one. I got a quote by email and there was no loyalty rebate included which was advertised nationally be Chevy. They replied that I don't qualify- it is geographic specific to 3 towns out east. I called Bob Brown Chevy and they said I qualify. They replied no again. I called Mcgrath's and they said I qualify. Stephen's again said no I don't. I called Chevy and they said I did and gave me the code to tell Stephens and if they had problems to call them. I obviously did not do business with them.
