We rented a storage unit from here and it was very unorganized, they lost my paperwork, never got returned phone calls from them, delivery and pick up was a day late, never got a call when it was ready. The container was pretty good condition and very clean, the truck drivers were very professional and friendly.

Small company with a big footprint. So quick at filling customer orders. Customizes containers to customers needs. We need CDL-A drivers in Davenport and Des Moines. ?

Busy place. Call ahead for appt. We did. Top notch service explaining differences in freight containers & prices. Once we ordered one, employee vacations started, so waited a week for response. BUT in their defense, they did call us two weeks after our 1st visit & asked if they could deliver container then. We weren't ready for our container at that time. Once we were ready for container delivery, A1 had truck mechanical issues & called us to explain this. Delivery delayed another week. On delivery day, truck driver gave us courteous call to inform us of estimated arrival time. Once here, smooth sailing! He drove semi into a fairly tight driveway, backed container dang-near precise onto platform we had set up for container. The container we received was in primo condition. Overall, we happy with our experience with A1. If 1/2's were allowed on ratings, I'd give them a 4.5 star rating.

Horrible place to work for, very sketchy management and electronic pay that doesnt add up like it should, manager is rude and disrespectful to employees, trucks are disgustingly filthy inside from carelessness, would not recommend to anyone
