If there’s not a parking spot right in front of the door they will say they dont have access when all they have to do Is go to another. Theres like 10 in front of the building but they want the one that is directly in front of the door. There seems to only be on person on the route that has some sense and actually delivers packages. The gate isnt locked and we all have doorbells. I could easily come get my own stuff. Now my daughters bday is ruined bc they didnt want to deliver the stuff I needed. I hate this office.

PO Boxes, passports, shipping, money orders, stamps, help with USPS online. Great customer service.

Unhelpful and rude. I have had multiple problems and the lady (Kimberly) never wants to help me. The carriers are inconsistent need better training as well. If I didn’t have to use this site, I would not. Do better.

A mailman tried a delivery attempt but never did . The package requires a signature and I m always in my apartment during the day. If they did attempt to deliver then how come I didn’t hear any knocking instead issue this important note that should be posted right by the door which they never did.Usually they post a note by the door instead put in mailbox so how will I see it right away. Always have issue with them. Annoying!!!

NEVER REQUEST A MAIL HOLD THROUGH WATERLOO! Went out of town for a week a couple months ago and placed a mail hold, opting to pick up our mail from USPS instead of having it delivered. Came back, no mail when we went to pick it up. Clerk said sometimes carrier chooses to deliver even if we selected to pick it up. Said to wait and see if mail delivered later that day. Still nothing so we went back down where the clerk dismissively said that mail was slow so we must not have gotten anything. We questioned that, as we always got at least 1 piece of junk mail, but whatever they looked. Clerk said he'd contact our carrier to see if they had anything and give us a call when they found out. Got a call later, and clerk was still adamant there was nothing for us. A little perplexing we thought, but okay they looked so it was what it was. A MONTH later we get a STACK of mail tied together with a rubber band with a note saying it had been at the location since THE DAY WE WENT DOWN TO PICK IT UP and there was A BILL in there that we could very well have been late on!! This was also AFTER having received more current mail. Sent complaint with all details to the customer service email provided online, waited DAYS for a response only to be told to call. Asked for a more accurate email, as I didn't want to tell the entire story and provide the more concrete details again, I'd rather copy and paste, and was told there wasn't one. HOW HORRIBLE!!If you're going out of town, just have a trusted friend, family member, or neighbor pick up your mail for you because the post office here in Waterloo CLEARLY doesn't care!
