Always friendly and helpful…& believe me we mail A LOT! When we have a car full or truck full we can use a cart! Nice!

The mailman during this past winter refused to deliver mail to a lot of residents in th area. Instead, we recieved a notice to clear a pathway in the same mailbox he could delivered our mail instead of our mail. Walkway was clear 5 ft wide and a clear path to the street. Now it is an issue as to why he chooses not to take outgoing mail from our mailbox? According to the USPS website, this is his job. We will be notifying the post office again about his behavior. If this continues, we will be contacting the USPS Office of Inspector General. I am unsure if it is pure laziness or a personal vandetta for filing a complaint, but it is childish and needs to stop.
