I ABSOLUTELY would take my mom here again if I had to. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly, caring and supportive. They really look out for the best interest of the residents. If I could give them a 10 star review, I would.

I am a current resident of the Madrid Home. We recently had a state survey team visit. I told two members of the team If feel fortunate to live in one of the best nursing homes in Iowa. The care team and administration are great.
