My experience with Iles Funeral Home Sundberg Kirkpatrick was excellent. People were very understanding, caring, comforting and extremely helpful. I didn't feel any pressure to do or buy anything that I hadn't planned. They were very respectful and seemed to understand exactly what we wanted and how we wanted to do things. Anything that could possibly be a problem went very smoothly thanks to the staff that we worked with. I really have no issues with anything or how our experience went. Thank you!

We had worked with Iles for my mom’s service and wouldn’t go anywhere else when my dad passed away 1.5yrs later. Seth was kind and thoughtful during a difficult time in our lives. Thank you for your flexibility and going above and beyond.

The Iles Funeral Home in Madrid, Iowa were so caring and compassionate to our family when our mother passed away. They were gentle with our father, who had lost the love of his life, and they met our family’s every need. Then when our father passed away five and a half months later, they were so gracious and prompt with their service. They were the best choice for our family and we could not have received better care.

My husband died suddenly and unexpectedly. I wasn’t sure how to handle anything because I couldn’t even think strait and there was so much to do. Iles Funeral Home guided me through the entire process. They were so very understanding and empathetic. They have been there throughout this year as well with cards and phone calls - they constantly follow up to see how you’re doing. I feel so very fortunate to have chosen Iles when I needed them.
