“Picket Fence Creamery has been our family go to for over 15 years (since we first moved to Iowa). The quality of their milk is top notch and their ice cream is wonderful as well.Even though their products are available in stores throughout the Des Moines metro area, we still make the trek to Woodward as often as possible. The staff are very friendly and they have farm raised meat and other local products as well. Definitely worth the effort.”

“It costs a bit more but we are in the farmlands. Friendly staff, friendly customers. They sell Anderson Erickson milk and orange juice so that’s a plus for me. You can get pretty much anything you need food wise.”
