Just received the ABC tiles & Sugar Cookie Matching Tiles. Outstanding quality. Pictures on the tiles are very colorful & cute for kids. Love that they come with canvas type drawstring bag for storing. Perfect for my grandson’s Xmas stocking too.

BUY THE SHIPPING PROTECTION. I’d like to start off this review by saying that Bannor Toys makes beautiful products. Every product I’ve ordered from them has been great. My negative experience comes from their shipping and customer service. I’ve ordered multiple products in the past and never had an issue. However, I placed in order in May and never received the item. The tracking number said it had been delivered to my mailbox, but there was never a package in there. I filed a “Help me find my package” with USPS, they attempted to find it/deliver it for 3 days and then told me to contact the seller so they can file an official claim with USPS. I contacted Bannor Toys and they said there was nothing they could do because I didn’t purchase their additional shipping protection. However, they did contact their local post office the next day and the post office said there was no claim they could fill out because it was first class mail. I asked Bannor Toys if they could offer me a discount for purchasing the exact same item again, as I just wanted the item to gift to a client. The only discount they offered me was the same promotion they were currently offering everyone- 20%. After expressing my disappointment about being offered a discount literally anyone could get, they said they could offer 25%. So I’d have to pay 75% of the price for a product I already paid for, shipping again AND the insurance I didn’t purchase the first time. Honestly, I just can’t bring myself to do it.Here’s why I’m not happy. 1. I shouldn’t have to pay extra money to make sure the product I ordered actually gets to me. I’m also a small business and if one of my clients doesn’t receive their order, I replace it because it’s the right thing to do. After all, they did pay me to actually get them the product they ordered. 2. The customer service Bannor Toys had to offer was not great. While I understand it is the carrier’s fault the package is missing, *they* chose that carrier. If that carrier can’t deliver the products people pay for, how is that the customer’s fault? I ordered a product from Bannor Toys and never received it and they simply don’t care. I’m sad to say that I won’t be ordering from them again. So, the lesson is- if you order from Bannor Toys, always purchase the shipping protection!

I absolutely ADORE this company. Heirloom quality toys, incredible customer service and just the best heart. A family owned business, this is a company I turn to for baby shower gifts, birthday presents, and trust them to make all sorts of toys for my own kids. LOVE!

Love Bannor toys. My 6 month Grandson has the geode teether and loves it ? it helps his teething a lot. My foster daughter has the star wand with name engraved and loves it and it fits her little hands great. My 2 year Grandson loves his car and so do my foster kiddos

Bannor Toys is my go to small businesses for wooden toys for kids. Their rattles, teethers and grasper toys are perfect for baby shower gifts! I love how they have silicone beads to pair with the grasper toys.

Ordered a custom toy for my son. It broke on the first day. Even though their website advises they will send a shipping label for repairs I was told the customer is responsible for return shipping. I recommend doing business with a company that stands by their products and word.

We purchased a few toys from Bannor for my son this Christmas and they are amazing! Our personal favorite is the Roll-A-Rattle. The workmanship is beautiful and the quality is so good that the toys will be passed down for years to come. I love shopping small and knowing that I’m supporting a family!
