I am an attorney for various landlords in Eastern and Central Iowa. I work with the park regularly with respect to addressing problem residents, answering questions from tenants and advising on maintenance and other best practices issues. Park Management and the regional management staff above them do a great job at being prompt, responsive and attentive to problem tenant issues and matters brought to them by residents in the community. I truly enjoy working with all of them and helping keep the park a place that people want to live.

It’s a quiet place people are nice but not allowed to have anything in yard for kids to play with and you pay for well water and trash is now up to 22

I'm in town working on the new Amazon in Davenport.I stay in a 5th wheel camper. They had large spot to accommodate my 44' trailer. The park is a little old and could use new roads but the residents are very friendly and kind. Its a very quite are and peaceful in the afternoons.my only complaint I had is that I had someone steal a package out of the mail room.

There a some good parts and bad parts about staying at this park. The park has some nice people there. There are a few vacant homes, and some of the homes need to be cleaned. The managers are nice people and are very friendly. The negative aspects about staying here is that there are a few of residents that are up all hours of the night doing drugs and being extremely loud and obnoxious, In which keeps the other residents awake at night. This is just what I have noticed from visiting a friend that lived there. The bad out weight the good. To the point that I wouldn't recommend visiting or living there.

Looks like an rv park that's been in a war zone. Managers are clickish. Also I didn't know I had to live there to make a review nor did I give them permission to use my name.

If you are traveling threw or just working on the road . This is a wonderful place to stay . Me and my husband have stayed here twice. For serval months both times . Because his job was near . It’s quite. Nobody bothers you . Really nice people run the place . I do give it 5 stars ⭐️ because of the people . It is a trailer park ,it’s not a campground. So everything’s not going to be like staying in a campground. We did not stay in a trailer here . We have a 5th wheel camper . We take on the road with us . Would I come back YES . They have lots for campers and also another really good thing. You can get your mail here . With a small fee for a box . Not a lot of places have that . I have traveled all over . And this is one best places ,we have stayed . If you see this Lee,Thanks for having us .

We have been to DeWitt, Iowa twice in 2017. Both times for work. My husband does shutdown maintenance jobs for glass mfg. companies all over the US.On both occasions we rented an RV and stayed at the Country Estates Mobile Home Park. We enjoyed it immensely! Everyone is super friendly and I made several lasting relationships. I'd give it 4 ?!!!

Our stay here at County Estates Mobile home park was really pleasant. The owners were helpful with anything we needed. They are some of the most caring and loving people who are willing to help anyone in anyway. The premises here at the park are extremely nicely mowed, and comfortable for anyone's stay. Its kinda like a little loving community with warming hearts with everyone you come in contact with. Lots of love growing here. I would strongly recommend this park to anyone who loves a quite and comfortable stay while working or travelling in the area.
