Why have a store front when you're never never open. Showed up 40 minutes before posted closing time of 5pm. Employees inside... door locked. Hours of operation should just read "when it's convenient for us"

After walking in and waiting for an hour to barely even be acknowledged, watching one customer walk in get no acknowledgment wait a few minutes and walk out we decided to leave. Don’t waste your time here just make the drive to Cedar Rapids.

Just a note of appreciation to Kaylee Norton for her competence and professionalism. My wife lost her phone and Kaylee went above and beyond to assist her in trying to locate and find it. Though we were unsuccessful in finding it, we were due new phones and Kaylee assisted us in getting 2 new phones setup, and Kaylee made the process very painless. I have managed people for over 30 years and it is refreshing to see the work ethic, professionalism and customer focus in a relatively young individual. Thanks and keep up the great work!

This place is AWESOME! VERY friendly people and way faster than Coralville store! Brittney Bramer was super helpful and answered all my questions ( which I had ALOT)! HIGHLY recommend this location! Super easy to find right off of Hwy 30. Ill be using this location from now on!
