Darryl in the service section is top notch!!! Always goes above and beyond with assisting you to get the correct parts for your table needs. I'm a big Lloyd table lover have had over 30 years using them and they are extremely well built and durable.

I bought my Ultimate Lloyd table back in 2000 when I was at the beginning of my eighth month of pregnancy. (At age 44!). It enabled me to continue working until I was a week overdue. This table has been a total blessing to my practice! Utilizing the decompression traction, I have helped numerous patients. Trained in lomelomi massage back in 1979, I also utilize deep tissue work while using the decompression traction with lateral flexion.

I have a Lloyd Galaxy McManus built in 1984. I finally had a problem with the power switch. We didn't know it was the switch initially. I made numerous calls to Darryl, and occasionally Michael, for support. Each time, they were amazingly helpful; walking me through the electrical analysis over the phone. I cannot recall having such repeatedly easy, quick, and helpful access to technical support with many products. After I replaced the switch, I noticed that auto-flexion piece was not working properly. It would move in one direction and then stop. I could move a few dials and it would move in the other direction and stop again. The problem made no sense to me. Although I am familiar with the functions, I could not think of where the problem might be. I called Darryl and explained the problem. His first, and nearly immediate, thought was that the manual actuating pedal for the flexion piece was being depressed by something. Sure enough, I looked and discovered that the table had inadvertently been moved onto one end of the pedal on the other side of the table. I freed up the pedal and, voila, everything worked perfectly. Darryl reminds me of the Farmer's Ins. commercials where they say "we know a few things because we've seen a few things." What great product support!I have bought two portable tables from Lloyd in the past year. In both cases the service was perfect.

I have A 30+ year old Lloyd table. A trusted old friend. Things go wrong over that amount of time. These people are so helpful, it’s crazy. I don’t know how they have time! The new pads I had Made are better than new. I love the table, and their staff. Can’t say enough good things!

The service department is always top notch in their explanations. I called recently and ordered a tilt sensor switch and (Darryl?) was awesome in explaining how to diagnose the problem, then how to make the repairs. I'm grateful I own Lloyd tables (2 from the 80's, 2 from the 90's) and it's the only table company I recommend. If you want to have a table work hard for you and last decades, buy a Lloyd. I know where my next table will come from!

Best portable Chiropractic table out there. Received my first one when I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa in 1985, still using it today. Just picked up a new one with head piece and it is very sturdy and my patients love it. Highly recommend these tables.

For 40 years I have been a distributor of multiple brands of Chiropractic Tables, I find that without a doubt, the quality and durability of the Lloyd Tables, far exceeds the industry standards. The customer service is outstanding, the service department is top notch! Overall if I were needing a durable adjusting table or other products they manufacture, it would be the only company I would buy from.

I have been in clinical practice for 40 years and along the way set up four chiropractic clinics and the only tables that I have used are Lloyd tables. Over the years I have bought 10 tables. I have never considered another table as no other table compared in quality and reliability. As a chiropractor the adjusting table is the tool of our trade and why would you not want the BEST. With the help of the fantastic service department we have been able to replace or repair any parts which have been limited due to the quality of the tables. Lastly the customer service is superior. In summary if you are looking at tables do not just look at price but look at which company will be there for you in the long run and that it was a chiropractor who designed these tables and who knows better what we need to administer a fantastic adjustment.

We absolutely love this company and the products that they make. We are a pediatric office and utilize the pediatric headpiece. We travel all over the world to teach to doctors and students and the Lloyd pediatric head piece is the only product we recommend. The drop is smooth and not as "loud" as some of the other brands. The quality is very evident in the craftsmanship, durability and the customer service we receive from the company.
