Quality parts and tools. The person my wife dealt with (assuming it was the owner) went above and beyond for us. I ordered parts and tools online for same day instore pickup. When my wife arrived the tool was not in stock but the website said it was ready to be picked up. The guy behind the counter said he was sorry about the error and once his store closed for the day he would immediately drive to another store in a different town and get the tool we ordered and personally deliver it to our residence. He had to of driven 50+miles out of his way for us. He delivered the part promptly as well. I will use this store again. Sorry for the delayed rating and review.
