Very manipulative employees they told me they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock I said I would just order it online they lied said it was back ordered a month she talked me into a phone that I did not want 2 days later I called uscellular technical support was having issues with the new phone turns out the phone I wanted could have shipped the next day Directly from uscellular The girl lied flat out to my face as well as lying about It being a requirement that I have insurance on the phone for 6 months While I was on the phone for technical support the gentlemen Informed me that no insurance is required it is optional They will lie to make the sale to make their commission very dishonest store will never go back again wish I could give zero stars would be more accurate ratting
