Happy Halloween. ??? Have the seasons witches cooked up a special brew for you, that stinks?? If you have experienced multiple deficiencies with this establishment and believe that they have failed, to take effective measures to correct the problems and/or not been proactive in preventing future deficiencies, I believe you may have a greivience which may be filed with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy.

This is a small pharmacy in the small town where I went to high school. My experiences here have been fairly positive. As I'd recommend updating their hours of operation...online says they're open today (Sat), but they arent.

Horrible stay away from them I m out life saving medicine and they never answerer my phone calls I live in 1000 people little town and they can't answer their phone comon

The head pharmacist is rude, inpatient and very snarky. Been there a few different times have given 3 hours for prescription to be filled, each time prescription wasn't filled or "didn't have it." I've been given the wrong prescription from there as well and told it was the same even though it had a different dosage in the medicine (went to a different pharmacy and they had no problem). Had a prescription from the ER, waited 3 hours to get it then claimed they never got it (then found it..?) And said I would have to wait 2 more days to get it. Third time I went in, (again waited 3 hours from time prescription was sent over) and it wasn't even filled so I waited another half an hour to recieve it. She was rude, made no eye contact, and questioned how I got the prescription as it was from telehealth (it was the weekend so I couldn't get in to a regular office). Everytime they loose my health insurance as well so I have to regive them my card. Most likely will have my prescriptions sent elsewhere from now on.

Took a prescription in, the woman who seems to be the head woman was impatient, grouchy, made me feel like I was wasting her time trying to find out if my insurance would cover it, meanwhile she gets a call, and wow, snarky and impatient with that person as well, must not be unusual behavior, my business will never go back there.
