I do not understand why anyone gave GRM less than 5 stars. If you don't like GRM, try Mediacom and you'll be even more disappointed. I had Mediacom in Des Moines for a few years and it was adequate. Moved to Corydon and Mediacom was totally unreliable, went down at least 3-4 times every month. Felt like I was constantly on the phone with Mediacom complaining to them. and then waiting hours for repairs. Working from home, I need my internet to be reliable and always ready. With GRM I have twice the internet speed, have NEVER had an outage, and have NEVER had to call customer support for anything. Highly recommend!!!

The reason I give this one little star is grm needs to give people who are in college a certain amount of time cause not everyone one has money to spare for the bill give them a grace period to get the money to pay their bill

Pay $93.00 ish a month for basic WI-FI package. Required to have a phone package as well (Hate this part) Internet is ok at best. But when it is basically the only provider in the area, you don't have to try real hard. If there was another please to get internet (without a data plan or having to get a satellite)I would look into. They are a telephone company that has yet to become up to date with modern tech.

It's awesome that I pay GRM almost $200 a month so that when I want to turn a game on the cable never works. My prices continue to go up and the quality of service I get in return continues to get worse.
