I was the first customer through the door and had to wait 25 minutes to get someone to wait on me the guy behind me went to another parts person and wanted pictures of what he was trying to work on and I wanted to buy parts the parts man I walked up to had an earpiece on and couldn't tell he was on the phone so the guy behind me got two parts people to help him. I can't remember ever being treated so badly. I'll work on the JD product they have but someone else will have to get parts from these people because I won't go back. The mechanics around here that I talk to have had the same experience. I don't know how they have any customers

Mower was there for warranty work. Had it for 5 weeks and when I would call and inquire about it no one could explain to me what was going on with it. Finally got it back mowed 2 minutes broke belt that had been cut halfway through. Very mad and greatly disappointed.

I called in about an employee driving reckless and the manager had an "I could care less attitude". I will never do business with Agrivision.
