Something the post office doesn't disclose. If your mailing address differs from your physical address that they will send your packages back to the sender.Found out the hard way.... Thanks Lenox postal clerk.

The mail service is horrible... The neighbors and I get each other's mail, I do not receive my packages when I track the numbers it tells me that it had been delivered
