I used this company a while back for their shortpile/seal fur and it was fine quality for the price. But recently I ordered two different length furs which were labeled the same color. I got a phone call telling me that one is on back order but they have another in the same color and similar pile legnth if I wanted that instead. I asked multiple times if it would be the same color and she assured me it would be. Surprise when it arrives it is not the same color. I sent them a email to explain what happened and I am told that in order to refund, I have to not only pay for return shipping but pay additional shipping if I want to reorder a different fur. Keep in mind this is due to their error in telling me these furs would match. I am going to send everything back, get a refund, and do not plan to shop here again.

Not sure where else to write this review but omg I just got my order in from them! I ordered 4 yards of fabric and they sent me an EXTRA 4 due to one having "factory flaws" which I couldn't even see what it was. IM SO PLEASED!! Very nice quality too! Super quick shipping with it all. I've always gotten everything within 3-5 days after ordering. A week at most. Awesome people definitely coming back again!!

Early last year when the pandemic hit NY in March, I needed some craft materials but couldn't go shopping. This particular push mold, of Celestial Faces, was not available in any store. ( Previously I had looked for it in local stores and it appeared to be discontinued.)I found online at CR's Crafts! I was so excited! I called the store, which was literally 1,000 miles from me. I had never heard of CR's Crafts! The lady was extremely nice, patient, professional, and had 2 molds available! I decided to order some Cernit Clay, and a fairy mold as well.Shipping was reasonable and I received the products, along with a fabulous catalog, within days. I also received the email confirming the order, the same day that she took the order. This was really cool (considering I was so far away and, we all know that some websites are fraudulent. )I loved their catalog, the prices are great, and you cannot beat their prices for Cernit clay, even on Amazon. Also some amazon reviews indicate that customers received old clay.I received fresh pliable clay, and good quality molds. I plan on re-ordering. You cannot go wrong with CR's Crafts! Huge selection in their catalog, lot's of doll making and bear making supplies. It's nice to browse their catalog and get ideas. Nice shop, nice online order, very professional, fast shipper!

Cathy is the best! She has been my polymer clay supplier for 4 years. She’s always been super helpful with any kinds of questions & I can always count on her to have or get what I need. For some reason the website order form was not working for me so I had to call the order in. Two days later I had the order in my mailbox. HOLY COW! -- They spelled my name wrong, Dieman, instead of Bieman, but hey, I'm not complaining about the service.

My ex client loves your magazine when I used to work for her, now I would love to get a magazine so I can order stuff from you so I can get what I want to make toys or other stuff to a big smile on children or people too, just love make toys or anything to put a smile on the faces that love hand made stuff.
