My car started breaking down while driving back to LeMars I called asking if I could drive my breaking down vehicle to the service parking and come in and talk about getting it looked at sometime soon. Lady at service said of course come right in we'll help you. I get there and a guy at service ask what I needed. I explained everything instantly got shut down telling me you're booked for 2 weeks so i managed to drive my breaking down vehicle to Ford where they glady took my vehicle right away. Long story short if you only have 1 vehicle and have an emergency on getting it fixed a.s.a.p don't go to total they'd rather keep a crammed schedule with appointments then help someone in an emergency situation.

When I was about to sign the papers I asked what my interest rate is. They told me 10%. I handed him back the papers and said no thanks. He then somehow miraculously was able to lower the rate 4 points. You may have got the sale but you lost a customer for life. I get that your a business and you have to make money but be honest, be better.
