We had transmission issues with our 2018 suburban while on our way home from a family vacation. We were 4 hours from home on a holiday weekend. I called all around the Sioux City area without finding another shop that could get us in on short notice. Top Notch was suggested to me from a family friend that lived in the area and they were able to look at it a few days later. Jason called after diagnosing the issues and we worked out a plan to get it back on the road. He was very upfront and honest about what needed done and didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need. My only complaint is I wish we lived closer as I would definitely use them again.Service: Transmission

Our 15 passenger van broke down with 9 people in it on our way from Missouri to Minnesota on Friday early afternoon. They got us up and running with a new alternator within 2 hours. So thankful for their awesome help and very reasonable price. Appreciated their friendly service.Service: Battery

Very friendly. They were willing to work with my warranty provider on my vehicle. Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner and were nice enough to give me a ride back home both times so I could get back to work.
