Therewill never be another service truck or another Deano. Do not leave anything there. They steal. They stole my 7/8" 12 point socket used to loosen my wedges and they stole a $400 tractor tire

Disappointed. Went to get my tires aligned since my car was shaking and dragging right. I was charged double the price compared to Discount tires (about $160) and after 2 hours they tell me they weren’t able to align 2 of the tires. In addition to that I had an air leak on one of my tires and he said he wasn’t able to patch it cause it would cost the same as just getting news tires. I went to discount tires a week later and got my tires replaced and car aligned no issues ever since.

My husband went in to get tires and a front end alignment, tires were a couple hundred each, no problem he expected that. He paid for the tires in cash right then, but when he asked for a receipt showing he paid in cash the guy looked at him like he was accusing him of something. He just wanted a receipt that says he paid cash. After going back and forth a bit, he finally gave him one. He also asked while they had his vehicle up in the air could they look and see if there was as any fluid on the brake line, a simple yes or no. He waited a long time and asked what was happening because it shouldn't have taken that long. The guy said he would go check and came back saying it was done. How long it was done, no idea, but they didn't do the front end alignment, said he needed a ball joint. He said ok and went to pay the lady at the counter and had to pay over $200 including a break inspection! He knew he had to pay for tire disposal $12 or so and balancing the new tires, but over $200? Plus they charged him $12 for a credit card fee!, when he paid cash? He cancelled the appointment to have new tires put on my car, we won't be going back. We felt totally ripped off.

Went to have my crankshaft position sensor replaced. 3 days later no call backs. Called to check on it, and was told it would be another 2-3 days. I expressed that it was a short job and I couldn't wait that long. Rex told me if it's a short job, then come get it and do it yourself.

Purchased 60,000 mile tires that went bad after 17,000 miles. Was sold replacement tires that cost $200 more than the same tires in Hospers. When adjustment came they said it was a store credit and must be used on tires....which I'd already paid for! Then when I talked to the owner (Rex Foreman) I was ridiculed and berated and told that if I didn't shut up the amount of my adjustment was going to go down! I've learned a costly lesson about dealing with unprofessional people and you have been forewarned, do yourselves a favor and go to a business that will treat you fairly!
