I recently had a charging problem with a Volkswagen sadan. The young man, Gavin Fisher, working at O'Reilly auto parts, quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad battery.Due to a resent rib fracture, I was unable to do the work myself. Gavin offered to install the battery for me and would not except payment for his work.
The world needs more people like Gavin Fisher.

Great place to get automotive parts. In addition to having a robust inventory they have a helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have a 92 Ford F150 I'm always working on and they usually have the parts I need on hand. And when they dont they'll have it for me in a day or 2.

They lack experience and can not answer questions unless they talk to someone first but will take a hour to get back to you no longer will do business with them always a struggle
