Barbara is mean to kids. My son picked up a ball from the floor, and this is what she said- You kids can’t play with the toys before you get em dirty! Really? It was filthy? I purchased some chairs and they didn’t want to give me a hand

I think it's absolutely disgusting that in our time and in these way of days, people think that it is appropriate to wear a dog collar around their neck to display their professional name badge. Absolutely disgusting not to mention this employee doesn't even so much as acknowledge customers at the counter or tell them thank you or have a nice day or hello or greet them as they come in, nothing.

Most of the employees are helpful and friendly. A litte bit high priced, clean and organized. We always have fun walking thru the store.

I go thrifting as a side hustle. This Goodwill is terribly expensive. 2.75 and 3.25 for paperback and hardcover books regardless of condition.I wanted 2 apple cords, the old style 30 pin ones. One was $1.00 the other was $2.00. I asked why the price was different as they were the same cord and the reply was “Our prices are our prices.” By the manager. Wouldn’t budge. I find this outrageous. The feelings of a particular sorter in the back shouldn’t determine the price in the front—same item should = same price.Any other thriftstore around- even the antique store in LeMars works with people, has some leeway on price. But not this store—even though they are 100% donations. No local causes are supported either that I’m aware of. Never any real sales days.over priced for basic clothing too.Items behind the counter consisted of BluRays and it filled the whole counter because nobody was buying them when Walmart across the street is available for the same or less price. The staff is friendly. I would rather shop in Sioux Center thrift stores, Sheldon thrift and consignment or Orange City thrifts/K Products.

They had a lot of nice things for good prices. I bought 4 CDs from the 1980's for just $1.50 each. They are all in great shape.

The LeMars Goodwill has exceptional quality in clothing. The community donates generously and the store takes great care to present its clothing in an organized and pleasant environment. The prices are great for such high quality clothes.

Came to LeMars to eat and do some thrifting but was told to leave the LeMars Goodwill store. Apparently you do not keep up with our Governor. It’s time to move forward.
