“We had transmission issues with our 2018 suburban while on our way home from a family vacation. We were 4 hours from home on a holiday weekend. I called all around the Sioux City area without finding another shop that could get us in on short notice. Top Notch was suggested to me from a family friend that lived in the area and they were able to look at it a few days later. Jason called after diagnosing the issues and we worked out a plan to get it back on the road. He was very upfront and honest about what needed done and didn’t try to sell me parts I didn’t need. Later, there was a mutual misunderstanding for service on the vehicle and I had to schedule a follow up appointment.
