they don’t check expiration dates on food. have bought multiple things that were expired by 1 month+. other than that good store.

Tried to buy a bag of chips.. price that rang up didn’t match price on the shelf and employees were angry that I thought I should pay the posted price... and they kept repeating that the prices on the shelves had nothing to do with DG, but were the responsibility of Frito Lays...I didn’t call anyone names, raise my voice, or become angry but was told to leave the store and never come back.. I left with my chips, corporate office number, and names of the employees... it won’t be hard to not go back..we already avoid the neighborhood store because it is grotesquely dirty, disorganized, poorly stocked, and customer service is often bad, but today was the worst behavior I have ever seen from a cashier. In any store..

Witnessed employees being rude to a customer! The customer had a receipt and from what I gather was in the right. Why is it the worst of the worst always seem to work in Custer service. Do better!!

THIS Dollar General is exceptional. It’s clean, amazingly well stocked, the employee is genuinely happy to see you, and the merchandising is professional. Seriously, I’m so impressed with this Dollar General I gave it 5 stars, took photos, and wrote this review. Solid employees are hard to find and these people nailed it.
