I sent some flowers to a friend, I paid the deluxe version (total of $102.66) with beautiful yellow roses and lilies. My friend got nothing like the flowers I purchased. Total disappointment..... I tried to contact the business for days and nobody answered the phone.

Letty to the rescue! She delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my mom for Mother's Day with all of her favorite flowers. Seamless delivery and ordering process and she could not have been nicer. I am halfway across the country and she made it super quick and easy for me as well as accommodating a last minute request.

My husband wanted to support small local business and we weren't going to write a review. However, after the response we received from the owner came off quite harsh with no follow through on their part, I decided I might as well help others with a review. I will not be giving them my business again.Direct quotes from our email & the response we received:- "Unfortunately, the flowers that I received did not resemble the bouquet that was posted on your website. I thought I was receiving a clear vase, babies breath, and a dozen roses. However, I received a red vase, no babies breath, a huge ribbon, and an abundance of greenery. The roses were also cute at random lengths. Normally, I would not complain, but I feel as though the amount of money I spent does not reflect the quality of the flowers I received. Also, the bouquet I picked out on your website was not the same arrangement that was delivered. Please consider refunding me for the order."- Owner's response, "the product in the arrangement was valued higher than what was paid. Our dozen roses arranged are 79.99. The red vase I thought was a nicer display for the holiday, we never carry babies breath as we believe it's a cheaper look. It's unfortunate you did not like the extra mile we added to the arrangement as the bow and different lengths of roses. The photos are references and a guideline to all the bouquets. I will be in contact ASAP to pick up the arrangement which should be in good condition and then we can chat about a refund."(We were never contacted, the flowers were never picked up, and we did NOT receive a refund as specified.)Disappointed that we couldn't have been treated kinder. Regardless of a refund, I feel the owner could have responded to us differently. See photo for what we received.

Letty has such an eye for luxurious floral arrangements. I also love her home decor items. Whimsical, yet so pretty. She also had clothing in her store which is a double win! I would trust her 100% to do any floral arrangement for me.

I came here for my mothers birthday flower arrangement last year not knowing exactly what I wanted. I threw some ideas at her, it was November at the time and I was looking to go for a fall theme, and gave her a price limit as well as a week before I picked it up; I was super satisfied with what she had pulled together! Beautiful fall coloured flowers very full boquet with a cute heavy duty glass vase and a couple of Cottontails for the cherry on top. Product looked to me worth more than what was charged. Not to mention they were super hospitable in helping me to keep it protected, covered, and as spill-free as possible since I was traveling alone and it was a rather bulky arrangement.
