There is something to be said for dealing with local, family owned businesses, they just treat you right. Grace Marine is no exception, they are absolutely fabulous. If you are in the market for a new boat you have to check them out. I have bought from several boat dealers over the years and never had as good of an experience as I did with them. Carl at Grace Marine never once tried to pressure me, never tried to upsell me, nor did he play the numbers game. He was upfront. honest, reachable and made the buying experience 100% stress free. They know customer service and will treat you right from the first conversation through delivery. I am a customer for life.

5 stars is NOT enough! This is a class act operation! Spent all day dealing with another dealer on the same boat and took 15 mins over the phone! All promises were met or exceeded! Met the entire staff when I picked up my boat and immediately felt welcomed! I will NEVER buy another boat anywhere but here and will recommend Grace Marine to everyone! Nice work guys! ??

One thing that I have learned is that if you own a boat you will run into issues! We bought our boat new from Grace and love the boat! But as I said if you own a boat you will have issues from time to time. We have always brought our boat back to them for service. This last issue, come to find out was simply a dead secondary battery that controls our hydraulic steering. We dropped it off at the shop and Carl Jr. made a special trip in on a Saturday after hours to get our boat back up and running so that we would have it for the next day. Great group of guys!

Recently purchased a new Moomba Wakeboat from Grace Marine and could not be happier with the experience!!! Carl Jr. made the purchase easy and the whole team at Grace were a pleasure to work with! I met Carl Jr at a boat show in Kansas City about 3 years ago. We instantly clicked. At the time, I wasn’t ready to trade. A few weeks ago, we decided it was time. Carl listened to my needs and found the perfect boat for my family. The whole process was about as easy as it could be. Not one ounce of pressure. He gave me top dollar for my trade and we were in and out of Grace Marine in less than an hour. Karen and Carl Sr were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I purchased a used 2007 Chapparal 210 from Grace Marine last weekend. Carl was above and beyond helpful. He responded to my emails and calls quickly before I'd ever stopped in. When I told him I was ready to come see the boat he had it ready and in the water when I showed up. Carl took the time to explain all the controls and any detail on the boat. I live abiut 4 hours away from Grace Marine and that evening I got a text from him asking if we made it home safe. Even though my boat cost less than 20k I felt like I got the same customer service of someone who bought the 138k Supra they had on the show room floor. When it's time to upgrade my boat Grace Marine is where I'll go.

Great deal, the boat was amazing as advertised but there was one issue I would not have caught that they didn't either originally. They pointed it out and contacted someone in my hometown to fix it. Larry our salesman was outstanding! He never pushed us into any deal.He let us take our time to decide on the boat the we wanted.Carl Jr. (owner) was the same way. He treated us very cordially and with respect. He let us know all of our options and which boat was the best buy for our budget. I highly recommend Grace Marine for your next boat purchase!
