Worst customer service I have ever encountered. After having fully paid an outstanding balance and $300 in reconnection fees the staff STILL REFUSED to turn on my utilities until the very end of business day. Worst, worst, worst customer service. Amy and Carla, are miserable. They truly abuse the fact that they are the only option for the service they provide in this town.
