I ordered a sweat set in August of 2022. I have sent several emails over this ridiculous amount of time, just receiving the general email back. Obviously, I am a patient person, but I would like some resolution to this. Honestly, I didn't want to give you a bad review. I had ordered before with no issues. But, this is ridiculous.Edit: I emailed ,again after this post and I actually got an answer directly from Michelle and she apologized profusely. She is going to send me my order.

If I could give negative stars I would. I am writing this review in January 2023 - I placed an order in February 2022 for some Harry Potter themed t-shirts. Michelle reached out to me via email soon after to let me know that she was not allowed to make the shirts and asked if I would be okay with a store credit. I agreed to take the credit but when I checked my account it was for less than what I paid for the shirts. I then attempted to contact Michelle multiple times to get the credit corrected but it was not until July 2022 that she finally responded and corrected the mistake.After the correction to my credit was made in July 2022, I then placed an order that same month with my credit and also ordered additional items. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM and it is January 2023! I have tried to reach out to her via email on multiple occasions and only get an automated response. My facebook messenger messages are ignored and any comments I make on any posts in the American Hero Clothing group are removed.To say I am frustrated, is an understatement as the amount that I have paid for merchandise that I have NOT received is over $100. I have been more than patient with shipping guidelines and waiting for email responses. I NOW WANT A REFUND FOR MERCHANDISE I PAID FOR ALMOST A YEAR AGO AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED!! I am mind blown at the lack of customer service and communication. I would NEVER EVER treat my customers this way. If I can keep more people from going through this I will, so I will continue to post negative reviews anywhere I can until I have been refunded for merchandise I have not received.

EDIT… She contacted me about the missing items and once I get them, I will delete this review.I’ve been emailing Michelle for months regarding an order from last year and all I get is an automated response saying it could take 7-10 days to get a response. I’ve messaged Michelle on numerous occasions and NOTHING! I get ignored through email, messenger and Facebook. Not only am I missing a Scentsy logo cup in teal that was ordered and paid for on June 22, 2021 and I’m also missing a Scentsy custom 20oz cup that was ordered March 18, 2022. I’ve purchased a lot with her over the last 3 years and I’ve never had this problem but this is getting insane! It’s one thing to be busy and overwhelmed but to flat out IGNORE a customer is not good business practice. I will be contacting Scentsy about this because she is an authorized vendor for them. I want my items or I want my money back. Simple as that.

I am incredibly saddened to have to write this review. I have ordered multiple times from this company and they have always provided high quality items that I loved. However, this last order has been a nightmare. I placed an order for a sweatshirt on August 23. I knew that it would take 4-6 weeks to receive and with supply chains all out of whack I figured it would take a bit longer. At the 11 week mark on November 10 with no communication from Michelle in regards to that particular sweatshirt in her Facebook group or directly with customers who ordered I reached out. She responded within 1 day which I was surprised at and her response stated she was hoping to get these sweatshirts finished and shipped by the following week. Then in December I emailed again when I hadn’t received my sweatshirt but never got a response so I asked on a Facebook post and got the response that the sweatshirt I had ordered was currently in production. One month later in January I emailed again when I STILL had not received my order. I did not get a direct response from Michelle but she created a Facebook post that addressed my concern. I then emailed again yesterday which was the 6 month mark for my sweatshirt. I am just at a loss because there has been no communication on her part in regards to what has been happening with my shirt and I also feel like I was scammed as of the lack of response when I have reached out and I paid for a product I have yet to receive or given a time line on when I should expect it. I also feel as if by only trying to reach out once a month since the 11 week mark shows I have been trying to be patient with the situation but I can promise I won’t be ordering from her again and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.Update: I added a photo of an announcement that was made on the Facebook page, she explains she was sick for a month but I’d doesn’t address what caused the orders from 5 months prior to not be shipped. Someone commented asking how far behind she was and I commented that I was still waiting on my order from August. Both the original commenter and my comment were removed.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I have been a customer for many many many years. I ordered multiple things and the quality has been great. The time to get the stuff? not so great.. However, this last time has been the far worst! I placed an order on 02/21/21 for a hoodie. It was a gift for my Scentsy Sister and was to be shipped directly to her. We both knew we had to wait a while to get it as per standard. However, it started to become months and months! I sent an email on 06/13/21 and got an automated response back to give 7-10 business days for a response back and that "extra patience would be appreciated during the global pandemic". Fast forward to today (07/18/21), I have received NO email and I have not received the hoodie. Since I am at wit's end, I had my Scentsy sister ask in the group as well as I commented all over the public page and even attempted to message Michelle Sanderson herself on Facebook. I got blocked and my Scentsy sister got the following response back "I've posted many, many times and tagged those who ordered. This hoodie has been out of stock for months. I just checked and it's back in stock so I am ordering them right now". That is total BS. I was a member of the Facebook group up until May. There was no post and I was not tagged. My Scentsy sister (whose name is also on the order) saw no post and also was not tagged. If the hoodie was not in stock, people should not have been able to purchase said item! If the hoodie was not in stock, refunds should have automatically been given. At the bare minimum, EMAILS should have been sent. Not posts on Facebook, which is a HIGHLY UNRELIABLE way to contact. Facebook chooses what posts get pushed into newsfeeds. Facebook chooses what and when to notify a person. FACEBOOK GROUP IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE WAY TO EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE! And if she did try to tag me and couldn't, again... an email should have been sent!STAY FAR FAR FAR FAR away from this unethical and unprofessional business.

I ordered the end of June and can’t get a response from her. Have not received my order now all I want is my money back. Keep getting an auto respect after my third email. I understand being overwhelmed but to ignore is uncalled for! Terrible service.

Awesome sales, amazing clothing quality, large selection (especially Scentsy apparel) and the owner works very hard to get orders to customers ASAP (she also values customers' input on what items to add to the inventory). I have yet to have an issue with any of my shopping experiences with AHC, including wrong sizes as the website gives you more than enough info on how to order the perfect fit! My wardrobe is busting at the seams with AHC clothes!

I have found the AHC has the best quality speciality branded items for my business. Michelle is the first to reach out and say thank you for your order not once but twice. Offers sales, rewards, and discounts for returning customers. When I place an order I know at the time I am placing it how long my order will take to produce and ship. I can not say enough about AHC and their staff ❤️

I have been ordering from Michelle for about 5 years now. Her stuff is always high quality and always worth the wait. I can tell she works incredibly hard! I had one product that did not ship but the rest of the order did so she emailed right away and refunded me. I just ordered another round of shirts and I'm super excited!

I love all of the clothing I’ve purchased from Michelle. She has a great variety of Scentsy logo clothing to purchase along with cute & sassy attire too. I love doing business with family owned businesses and she takes care of her customers with a point system to save us money along with sales and ready to ship discounted items. Michelle will always get 5 stars from me. There's no reason for any less. I love getting my Scentsy apparel from her. She's always doing some kind of special or deal for her customers. And if something goes wrong with an order she will always make it right!
