Super rude employe who broke nail handling my box, sighed and later did not let me ship package because of the writing of one word on the side of box. She took the broken nail personally. Would not believe me about contents (reused box). Would not let me cover writing up with a pen and offered no solution. Did not care, refused to ship. Went to another post office in Davis City and there was zero issue with the parcel and they saw no reason why the box could not be shipped as-is. This is a horrible post office, I have never been treated so rudely and have shipped thousands of items as an eBay power seller for two decades.

The USPS just overall rocks as an institution and the branch in Lamoni is a case in point. The staff here are caring and friendly, deliveries are prompt and well-handled, the workforce is fairly compensated and unionized. MVPs, the whole team.

Mu experience is usually good but i have been waiting on a package and i sat waiting for it anf the driver did not even try to drop it off to me he just put a sorry we missed you slip on my mailbox. I sat and looked directly at him then he just drove off. That is very poor customer service.
