After having a really good meal at the Linden Street Coffeehouse, we decided to go do a little thrift store shopping right next door. The Lamoni Thrift Store is a very quaint and pleasant thrift store. The shopkeep Donna, was very friendly plus the prices were very reasonable. Please stop by if you are in the area and take a peek.

I really liked this organized little store. The prices were fair and it was neat and tidy. It's not a huge place, but they have it laid out nicely and have a good system. I didn't make a lot of purchases on the day I visited; however, I'm sure I would shop there a lot if I lived closer. It's street parking and was a little competitive at least when I was there, which was near lunch on a week day. I think the other businesses were pulling in lunch crowd and that made it harder to find a nearby parking spot. As another person mentioned, they have really good COVID procedures in place and the cashier was very friendly.

Good variety and quality of merchandise, well presented. Friendly staff and volunteers. Good COVID protocols in place. Also, a good place to donate items. A shining star in Lamoni, easy to access location on Linden St. Worth the trip from West Des Moines.
