I appreciate their consistent communication and service including photos if needed. But I don’t appreciate being charged for a dumpster pick up for an unclear driveway that according to their picture wasn’t even at my own house. And then the refusal to refund me for that pick up.

Always on time unless unforseen circumstances. Containers are put back where they belong.

Lots of comments about service from WM, but this is for the landfill. I don't believe garbage trucks are dispatched from this location and those having poor service might be better helped by contacting WM.
