I love wcta i am constantly being blown away by the level of customer care they provide. I was scheduled for an appointment today for having internet issues in the afternoon but had some stuff come up and had to cancel.. within 10 min our local tech (Nick) called me said he had logged into my router and saw i wasnt getting the speeds i should be getting and went out of his way to get it fixed this morning since this afternoon no longer worked for me.. thank you Nick, it is refreshing to see techs care about their customers.

I called WCTA because I couldn’t get service. The tech was at my house within hours and fixed the problem. He then walked me through what to do in different scenarios. He had been at my house before and remembered the issue and what he did about it. I was very pleased.

Ive been a long time customer with WCTA for 20 plus years and have received home phone, cable, and Internet service. Now I am just on their Internet service just because several years ago I went with strictly cell phone and for tv viewing I use an antenna and streaming services with my Smart TV. I pay just under $50 for their Internet service which is the cheapest plan they have. I've been happy with the service they have provided thru the years.

WCTA is extremely reliable and progressive. I have them at home and in the office and wouldn't think of switching to anyone else. If you have your a business, even a one man "band" ask them about 3CX, it's a game changer!

So thankful they expanded their service through Manly and outlying areas. They provide excellent service and quality high speed internet. I finally pull the speeds I am paying for with them.
