I was in to get gas on my lunch break. All the staff were was in the kites visiting with one another. I waited 10 minutes before someone even noticed I was standing there, he then said, “ I’ll be right with you “ but instead stocked cups. This has happened more than this occasion. This is the worst Casey’s I’ve ever been to. Will not be coming back.

It’s not the employees fault at all, but the automated phone ordering needs work. I showed up at the precise time my order was supposed to be done and it was literally just being thrown into the oven. Nothing beats talking to the person making my pizza. They know when it’s going to be done. Great pizza and employees!

My family ordered a lot of pizza from this Casey's and the staff were very nice to me. They even offered to take the pizzas out to my car for me!The pizzas were so good. The beef brisket pizza was surprisingly good (it was my first time trying it).

This Casey's needs new management, they have no clue how to order the stores demand on items, they are out of so many things, no creamers, no mt dew, no food in the warmers in the mornings, no donuts this isn't just today, this is everyday. I know many truck drivers including my wife, can't blame it on them...it's poor management! Since I've moved to town, they have been closed during normal business hours without any notice...turnover seems high and customer service needs stepping up big time. I never leave bad reviews but this store needs replacement horribly.

They never have food ready for my workplace lunch break and this has been a constant problem for over a year. Corporate says they’re going to fix it but they have yet to do so. The employees bad mouth me to my friends while on the clock. The only employees I see actually doing their jobs are Sara and Joel.

Still had breakfast pizza only at 11:20 AM. Sometimes there is no pizza at mealtimes or any other food in the warmers for that matter. Very disappointing. They could take lessons from the Manly Casey’s
