I am here from out of state for a death in the family. I had a dead battery on Sunday. AAA came from Waterloo to jump the battery but I was told it probably would not hold. I was driving around town trying to charge up the battery and drove into the Carquest parking lot. The owner just happened to be stopping at the store and asked if he could help. I could not believe my luck!!! He opened up the store, on the only day it was closed, sold me a new battery and installed it for me. I will be forever thankful to the Carquest owner for taking time on his only day off to get me back on the road. You are a true blessing!!!

POOR customer service. They wrecked a brand new $300 pair of tires and charged me $140 to do it. I was given 3 different stories by the owner, Joe, and tons of attitude. Everybody makes mistakes, that's forgivable, but being a rude liar is not something I forget. Don't take your tires here if you want anything that holds air or gets balanced correctly.

Was having vehicle trouble driving down the highway, so I googled auto parts store nearby and this establishment popped up. By the time I pulled in, it was 6 and it had closed at 5:30. The owner was already locked up, saw my trouble and reopened to let me purchase what I needed. I would recommend this place to anyone that is in the area for all of your vehicle needs.
